Minilec (India) Pvt. Ltd. began operations in 1965 as a manufacturer of single-phasing preventors (phase failure relays), growing into a leading group in 100% indigenous production of industrial electronic products for protection, control and monitoring. Headquartered on a 40,000 sq. ft. campus at Pirangoot Industrial Estate near Pune, India, with more than 200 employees, Minilec has been the leading producer of phase failure and motor protection relays since the late 1960s, holding 16 domestic and 3 international patents and ISO 9001:2015 certification. Through subsidiary company Shalaka Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Minilec now exports to more than 45 countries across five continents, with customers including Siemens, ABB, TATA, Blue Star, NTPC and Aditya Birla.
