Who is Bussmann?
Bussmann was founded in 1914 by five brothers — Al, Frank, Harry, Joe and Lee Bussmann — in St. Louis, Missouri, with a non-renewable cartridge fuse as its first product. The company was acquired by Max McGraw in 1929 (becoming part of McGraw-Edison), then by Cooper Industries in 1985 as "Cooper Bussmann," and finally by Eaton in 2012, under which it operates today as the Eaton Bussmann series.
